    We in the Youth county counsil think that it all starts at a young age, and verylokaly. You have to encurage the m to make up their own opinion, and you must give them the posebility to learn. But not on theyr own though. We all agree that what makes this youth counsil work as well as it does is our cordinator, Janne. She has this as her job, and hen gets the time to actually helpe us. She gets paid fairly an compensated for the overtime. Our best advice is to get somone like Janne.
